Training
The workouts vary between total conditioning (targeted exercises), station training, sets, pairs, team workouts, and games, followed by a stretching session at the end to help improve your mobility and stability. To enhance the quality of your training, each session is limited to 10 people, ensuring you receive maximum attention.
In addition to fun, music, and great company, you can count on workouts adapted to your level—so don’t be afraid to give it a try! If you have injuries, don’t worry—you might still be able to join the training. Just ask us!
Group workouts take place in Lisbon (Telheiras and Parque das Nações).
